"Pet Haven Cemetery at Murphy's Hill" was founded and first owned by William "Bill" Parrish. After the passing of Mr. Parrish, the cemetery was purchased by a private owner. In 2016, a family from Albertville took over the cemetery after the passing of their best friend of 12 years, Patches. After Patches was buried in the Pet Cemetery in Dec. of 2015, the family decided to make it their mission to make sure Patches and all the other animals at Pet Haven were taken care of.
